Collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy policy applies to the use of the Colostrum BioTec website.

The website www.lacvital.de is operated by Colostrum BioTec GmbH, Richthofenstrasse 21 ½, 86343 Königsbrunn, Germany (hereinafter “Colostrum BioTec” or “we”).

III. Colostrum BioTec Newsletter

You can also register for our electronic newsletter on our website. If you have consented to this, Colostrum BioTec will use the e-mail address you have provided exclusively to send you current product offers and information from Colostrum BioTec. If you have opted for a personalized approach in the respective newsletters when registering for the newsletter, we will also use your first and last name and your date of birth for this purpose. Colostrum BioTec uses so-called cookies on the website. 1. Use of web analysis and targeting tools

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), USA. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server and stored there. IP anonymization has been activated on this website so that the IP address of Google users within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area is shortened beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data that has reached the end of its retention period is automatically deleted once a month.

GOOGLE ADS

For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the so-called Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information and information about your use of our website) and by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you visit. Any further data processing will only take place if you have activated the “personalized advertising” setting in your Google account. GOOGLE RECAPTCHA

For the purpose of protection against misuse of our web forms and against spam by automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, browser information and information about your use of our website) and analyzes your use of our website by means of a so-called JavaScript and cookies. In addition, other cookies stored in your browser by Google services are evaluated. Personal data is not read or saved from the input fields of the respective form.

HOTJAR

Our website uses Hotjar to collect information about the behavior of our users and their end devices (e.g. IP address in anonymized form, device type, browser type, preferred language, etc.). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. The information is not used to identify a user. 2. Use of Facebook services

FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS

Our online offering uses social plugins (“plugins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile, the terms “Like”, “Gefällt mir” or a “thumbs up” sign) or are marked with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your device to Facebook and stored there. USE OF FACEBOOK PIXEL

We use the Facebook Pixel as part of the technologies of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”) described below.Facebook Pixel automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter), from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. For this purpose, a cookie is automatically set by the Facebook pixel when you visit our website, which automatically enables your browser to be recognized by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID when you visit other websites. FACEBOOK ANALYTICS

As part of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activity on our website are compiled from the data collected with the Facebook pixel about your use of our website. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Facebook. Their analysis serves to optimize the presentation and marketing of our website.

FACEBOOK ADS

We use Facebook Ads to advertise this website on Facebook and other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the exact implementation, in particular the decision on the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement between jointly responsible parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. The joint responsibility is limited to the collection of the data and its transmission to Facebook Ireland. The subsequent data processing by Facebook Ireland is not covered by this.
