Side effects of taking Colostrum have not been observed so far. Rarely – as in the case of the “healing crisis” in the course of therapeutic fasting – there may be a worsening of existing symptoms. After a short break and renewed intake, Colostrum has always been tolerated without symptoms.
People with lactose intolerance, milk protein allergy or diabetes should watch out for possible reactions during the first period of intake. The intake of Colostrum should also be discussed with the doctor after transplantation or cancer therapy.

All Colostrum ingredients are water-soluble, which means that no accumulation in the body is possible – ingredients not used by the body are excreted again in the normal way.
